Brioche Canape
Served on a Brioche toast, with pan fried lemon chicken and homemade lemon garlic hummus, roasted pepper and garnished with fresh herbs from our garden.
Traditional Cucumber Sandwich
A thinly sliced cucumber laid on top of a cream cheese spread, the cream cheese is mixed with lemon, cucumber and our home grown garden herbs . As per tradition, it is served on our freshly baked milky white bread.
Home Made Ricotta Savoury Scone
With Chives & Capsicum, served warm with crème fraiche and caramelised onion jam.
Christmas Ham Croissant Sandwich
A slice of roasted maple & orange glazed Christmas Ham, fresh lettuce, tomato & pickles, topped with homemade dijon mayo and brie cheese served in our homemade buttery croissant.
Hungarian Beef Profiterole
A baked profiterole pastry filled with Hungarian style beef stew of smokey paprika, tomatoes, garlic and seasonal vegetables and topped with mozzarella cheese and spring onion, baked and served warm.
Vol Au Vent Salad Cup
A baked puff pastry shell filled with roasted cinnamon pumpkin cubes, feta cheese and baby spinach, all drizzled with honey and balsamic dressing

Sabor’s Mixed Berry Chocolate Teapot Surprise
Tea Teapot is made with Belgian CALLEBAUT white chocolate, inside the chocolate teapot is a glazed vanilla semifreddo with a raspberry jelly centre. The semifreddo is set on a layer of mango and banana salsa and chocolate sponge disc. It is then surrounded by milk chocolate rice rocks and mint leaf garnish to finish the dessert.
